Yes - A visa is required for travel to Kenya

Wednesday, February 22, 2017

A valid passport and visa are required to visit Kenya.

Kenya offers a multiple entry traditional visa, which is a stamp inside the passport, or a single entry e-Visa, which is an electronic visa and can be obtained online without submitting the original passport. (Minors are not eligible for the Kenyan e-Visa.) To apply for a traditional Kenya visa, please see Tourist Visa requirements. The Kenya e-Visa is issued and stored electronically. The traveler will not receive any document in the mail; the e-Visa will be sent as an attachment (via email). To apply online for a Kenyan visa, simply click to 'Start Your Order'.

Minors:

Children under 16 are not eligible for the Kenya eVisa. They must apply for the traditional visa, which Travisa can process through the embassy or consulate. Minors are, however, exempt from paying the consular fee.

Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all visas and passports are secured and in your possession.
