Yes - A visa is required for travel to Kenya

Wednesday, December 12, 2018

The Kenyan government utilizes a web-based visa issuance system. The E-Visa is an electronic authorization from the government to enter Kenya. It is the equivalent to a visa, but no stamp or label is placed in your passport. Please visit the Kenyan government website at http://evisa.go.ke/evisa-types.html to confirm your eligibility for the E-Visa and to apply.

Children under 16 are not eligible for the Kenya eVisa. They must apply for the traditional visa, which Travisa can process through the embassy or consulate. Minors are, however, exempt from paying the consular fee.
